Ingredients:

1 kilo minced beef or lamb

4 pieces or 130g bread

175g water

170g onion

16g or 5-6 cloves garlic

1 teaspoon turmeric

1 teaspoon chilli powder

1 teaspoon salt

 


Instructions:

Place the pieces of bread into a food processor and process until it changes to breadcrumbs. pour the breadcrumbs into a bowl, add water and mix them well.

Now place onion and garlic into the food processor then process until chopped finely.

Now add breadcrumbs, garlic, onion and spices to the meat, mix with hand until well combined.

Divided meat to 120g meatballs and press and shape them to burgers. Now it is ready to fry in a pan

Ingredients:

Tomatoes 2
Cucumber ½ of whole
Lettuce
Hard boiled eggs 2
Avocado 1
A few crispy bacon pieces
Zand Kitchen’s Creamy Mayo 2 Tbsp
Salt
Lemon juice ½
Red kidney can ½


Instructions:

  1. Wash and chop all the ingredients.
  2. Mix anchovy mayo with salt and lemon juice.
  3. Add the sauce to the chopped vegetables and red kidney.
  4. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

Cooked & chopped potato 3 cups
Cooked & chopped carrots 1 cup
Chopped gherkins 2 cups                         Hardboiled eggs 6
Chopped spring onions ½ cup
Tuna can 2
Green bean 1 cup                                         Zand Kitchen’s New Z Mayo 1 cup
Lemon juice (1 whole lemon)
Salt and black pepper


Instructions:

  1. Cook all the vegetables and chop them into small cubes.
  2. Drain the tuna cans of the oil and juice inside it.
  3. Mix all the ingredients together. Adjust the right amount of salt and pepper based on your choice.
  4. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

for cooking lamb shank:

2  lamb shanks

1  cinnamon stick

1  whole onion

1 teaspoon  turmeric powder

salt and black pepper

For Sandwiches:

Baguette bread

New Z Mayo

Lettuce

Tomato

Thin slices of red onion

Gherkins


Instructions:

For slow cooking Lamb Shank

First of all wash the lambs. put the lamb shanks in a suitable size pot. The size of the pot depends on your shank”s size. Not too big not too small.

Peel the onion then place the cinnamon stick, onion, turmeric and salt and pepper in the pot.

Add some water to the pot until just cover the shanks. Bring to the boil. Skim and then decrease the heat. cover the pot with a lid and simmer gently for 2-2;30 hours or until cooked nice and tender. throw out the onion and cinnamon stick.

Gravy is so good gust adjust the seasoning.

Ingredients:

Minced beef 500g
Minced onion 1
7 Eggs
Flour 2 Tbsp
Salt and pepper
Oil for pan frying
Zand Kitchen’s New Z Mayo for serving


Instructions:

  1. Mince the onions. Then squeeze them in your hands or a cloth to exit any excess water. Make the onion as dry as possible.
  2. Mix the minced beef with the minced onion and add all the eggs to it. Mix well.
  3. Next step is to add flour. Then add salt and pepper based on the amount you want to the Pattie.
  4. It is important to make sure that all these ingredients are completely mixed together.
  5. Make small balls out of the mixture. Then flatten them like a burger Pattie until they are about half centimetre thick.
  6. Heat the oil in a pan. Once it’s heated add a spoonful of butter to it. Place the patties in the pan.
  7. Turn the heat to medium. Once one side is brown and golden, flip it to the other side.
  8. Once both sides are brown and golden you are ready to serve these patties with Zand’s Spicy Side or creamy mayo, or maybe both!

Macaroni and cheese

Ingredients:

Ingredients:
500g   Pasta
1 clove garlic
3 cups Milk
2 Tbsp oil
3 cups Shredded Colby cheese
2-3 Tbsp mustard
Butter 2 Tbsp
Smoked paprika (based on your liking)
Flour 3 Tbsp
chicken 500g
Breadcrumbs ½ cup
Leek ½ one whole
Zand Kitchen’s Spicy Side Sauce for serving


Instructions:

  1. Preheats the oven to 180°c.
  2. Cook the pasta according to its package instructions.
  3. Wash the chicken. Then slice it into small cubes. (Mouth sizes pieces)
  4. Sauté the chicken in oil until golden. When it’s browned all over it remove the pan from heat.
  5. Chop, wash and drain the leek. Then sauté it for 2-3 minutes and then remove from heat.
  6. Melt the butter in a saucepan and add flour to it. Mix until the flour is slightly cooked. Then add milk to the mixture and stir until there is no longer any flour balls left. Once combined stir until boil for 2-3 minutes. Add salt and pepper to it based on your liking.
  7. Now turn off the heat and add the chicken, leek, cheese and mustard to the sauce. Mix well.
  8. Pour the sauce made, all over the pasta and toss them gently until all of the pasta is coated with sauce.
  9. Grease the baking plate and add the pasta to it. Then dust over it with smoked paprika and breadcrumbs.
  10. Bake for 35-45 minutes or until the top starting to get brown. Serve with Zand’s Spicy Side Sauce.
