Tuna Salad

Tuna salad

Ingredients:

Cooked & chopped potato 3 cups
Cooked & chopped carrots 1 cup
Chopped gherkins 2 cups                         Hardboiled eggs 6
Chopped spring onions ½ cup
Tuna can 2
Green bean 1 cup                                         Zand Kitchen’s New Z Mayo 1 cup
Lemon juice (1 whole lemon)
Salt and black pepper


Instructions:

  1. Cook all the vegetables and chop them into small cubes.
  2. Drain the tuna cans of the oil and juice inside it.
  3. Mix all the ingredients together. Adjust the right amount of salt and pepper based on your choice.
  4. Enjoy!
